REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY

Introduction At Bibha Boutique, our priority is providing you with an impeccable ready-to-wear luxury experience. If an outfit does not fully meet your expectations regarding size fit or aesthetic curation, we offer structural frameworks for returns and exchanges.

1. Return & Exchange Window We maintain a strict 7-day return and exchange window starting precisely from the timestamped delivery confirmation provided by our courier partner. Requests raised after this period cannot be accommodated by our automated processing system.

2. Conditions for Acceptable Returns To qualify for an exchange or full monetary refund, items must adhere to the following strict criteria upon inspection at our warehouse logistics center:

  • The garment must be unworn, unwashed, unaltered, and completely free of cosmetic marks, makeup stains, perfumes, or external odors.

  • All original brand tags, pricing labels, and bespoke packaging materials must remain fully attached and structurally intact.

  • Items bought during seasonal clearance flash sales or marked as "Final Sale" are restricted to sizing exchanges only and are non-refundable.

3. Damaged or Defective Deliveries We enforce strict multi-tier quality checks across our ready-made collections. However, in the rare event that a product sustains a transit defect or contains design blemishes, please take photos or an unboxing video within 24 hours of delivery and share it with us. This allows our verification board to expedite a free overnight replacement.

4. Refund Processing Infrastructure Once a returned garment is logged into our warehouse and clears quality analysis, refunds are initiated immediately:

  • Prepaid Orders: Reversal directly to the original payment source (Credit/Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI) within 5 to 7 business days.

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders: Disbursed via secure bank transfer or verified UPI payout link provided securely by the consumer to our team.
